Freshly Cracked LLC ("Freshly Cracked," "we," "us") runs freshlycracked.com. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices.
What we collect
- Account details: your name, email address and phone number.
- Google sign-in: if you choose "Continue with Google," Google shares your name, email address and profile photo with us. We do not get your Google password or access to your Gmail, Drive or other Google data.
- Orders: the meals you order, pickup or delivery choice, delivery address and instructions, and order history.
- Payments: payments are processed by Square or Stripe. We receive the payment status and the last four digits of your card. We never see or store your full card number.
- Reviews and photos you choose to submit about our meals.
- Basic technical data: a session cookie that keeps you signed in and your cart saved. We do not use advertising or analytics trackers.
How we use it
- To create your account and sign you in with a one-time email code or Google.
- To prepare, label and hand off or deliver your order.
- To send order confirmations, pickup or delivery updates, and receipts.
- To answer your questions and handle refunds.
- To keep the site secure and prevent fraud.
We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
- Payment processors (Square or Stripe) to take payment.
- Uber Direct, only for delivery orders: your name, phone number, delivery address and instructions so the courier can deliver.
- Our email and hosting providers, which process data on our behalf.
- Authorities when the law requires it.
Emails
Order emails may include a small image that tells us whether the email was opened. You can opt out using the link in any email.
How long we keep it
We keep order records as long as needed for our business and legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.
Your choices
- Update your name and phone on your account page.
- Unlink Google from your account page.
- Ask for a copy of your data or for deletion by emailing contactus@freshlycracked.com.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date above.
